About Znable
Most of what makes a business good at what it does lives in a few people's heads and a handbook nobody reads. Znable exists to get it into everyone else's.
Why we built it
Large companies have training departments, instructional designers and learning platforms. Small ones have the owner, a busy shift lead and a binder. New people learn by shadowing whoever has time, and how well they learn depends on who that is.
A good tutor changes that: someone patient who explains, checks, and explains again, at the learner's pace, any time they have ten minutes. AI can now be that tutor. But it is only useful if it teaches your way of doing things, and only trustworthy if a person stays in charge of what it teaches. Znable is built around both.
What it's built on
A person approves what the AI writes.
Every lesson, question and checklist starts as a draft. Only an owner or manager can approve it, and every approval is recorded.
Rules decide progress, and say why.
Whether a skill is learned comes from marked answers and fixed rules, not from the AI's opinion. Each step Znable chooses is written down with a reason a person can read.
Learning conversations are private.
People learn better when they can ask anything. Managers see progress and reasons, not the conversations.
Your know-how is yours.
It's kept apart from every other company's and used only to run Znable for you. The AI services Znable uses don't train their models on it.
Easy for the person on the other end.
No course catalogue to search and no software to install. A new hire opens their training on a phone and starts talking to their tutor.
Try it with one job.
Upload one handbook, review what Znable drafts, and assign it to one person. The trial is free for 30 days, with no card.
