Terms

The terms for using Znable. Last updated 13 October 2026.

Who these terms are for

These terms are between Znable and the company that sets up an account ("your company"). Whoever sets it up agrees to them on the company's behalf and confirms they're allowed to. People your company invites use Znable under your company's account and these terms. How Znable handles information is set out on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, keep passwords private, and tell us if you think an account has been misused.
  • Your company decides who to invite and what role each person has. It is responsible for what people do under its account.

Your material

What your company puts into Znable, such as documents, interviews and edits, and what its people write, stays your company's. You allow Znable to store it, process it and send it to the services named on the privacy page, only to run Znable for your company. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Training drafted by AI

Znable uses AI to draft training, tutor, coach and mark answers. AI can make mistakes. That is why nothing drafted reaches a learner until a manager approves it, and your company is responsible for reviewing what it approves.

Znable is a training aid. It is not a certification, and it doesn't replace the safety, legal or professional training your company is required to give. For skills where a mistake could hurt someone, use sign-offs and watch the skill done before relying on it.

Using Znable fairly

Don't use Znable to:

  • break the law, or upload material you aren't allowed to share;
  • harass anyone, or upload content that is hateful, explicit or meant to harm;
  • try to reach another company's information, or get around how Znable keeps accounts apart;
  • overload, attack or copy the service, or use it to build a competing one;
  • resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell its owner why.

Plans

  • Every company starts with a free trial of 30 days. No payment details are needed.
  • After the trial, a pilot plan and its price are agreed with your company in writing.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance for AI use. When it is used up, or the trial ends, the AI pauses; your training and everyone's progress are kept.

Changes to the service

Znable is new and will change as we improve it. We may add, change or remove features, and will tell owners in good time before removing anything their company relies on. We work to keep Znable running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending

Your company can stop using Znable at any time. Its owner can ask us for a copy of its information, or for all of it to be deleted. We may end an account that breaks these terms, or that has been unused for a long time after telling its owner first.

Responsibility

Znable is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability to your company is limited to what it paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if it paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. If a change matters to how your company uses Znable, we'll tell its owner before it takes effect.
